The wooden screens, coupled with the black and white, are instantaneously recognisable along the row of houses along Sixth Crescent. The front faces a south-western direction, thus these wooden screens protect the interior from the sun. These wooden screens, varying in their heights and openings, create a sense of movement. This regularity, grid and block form is carried into the interior decor of the house. A separate volume overlooks a slender lap pool lined with black tiles and the water captures the ever-changing reflections of the sky and its peaceful surroundings.
