Edmund Ng Architects designed the interior of this chic apartment in central Singapore. The neutral, almost monochromatic palette lends the space a chic, minimalist style. In line with this aesthetic, shelves and cabinets are unobtrusive and built into the walls.
The combination of earthy wood and polished marble creates a unique visual contrast, reflecting the designer’s keen material sense. For the open kitchen and home office, walls are entirely removed or replaced with transparent glass panels. This makes the apartment feel spacious and relaxing, while allowing one room to transition seamlessly into the next.
