MONTIGO RESORT
The luxurious villas at Montigo Resort faced the sea, offering stunning views to its patrons.
Wide bay windows allow such views and comfortable natural lighting. The back of the resorts are accented with criss-crossed black lines, which are inspired by the tartan pattern. Long, white, crafted wooden pieces, encased in white rectangle frames, are carefully positioned along the walls of the stairwell, coherent with the white concrete floor.
This white stairway is contrasted with the dark wood in its middle, where a tree sprouts tall under the sunlight from the open ceiling above. This connects the stairway back to the natural surroundings of the resort. This theme of nature and man-made is carried throughout the resort’s facade and interior design.
