Park Vale

A more organic approach follows as a singular land is transformed to house three residential units. The illusion of softer angles is created when viewed from the front as the units are physically built to face away from each other, all towards the opposing ends of one particular direction.

Stretched vertically across a horizontal orientation, Park Vale showcases its adaptability and connection to the downward sloping angle of the land it rests on.

Sleek, prominent privacy screens add a distinctive touch to the building’s facade, enhancing its visual appeal. While it provides a sense of privacy and seclusion from the outside, these screens are strategically positioned to maintain clear sight lines from within, thus allowing residents to relish in both privacy and panoramic vistas without any compromise in their visual experience.
