Following a cohesive brown, grey and taupe colour palette, they harmonise together and evoke a sense of comfort and refinement. These neutral, muted tones also serve as a flexible backdrop that allows for other striking colours to shine.

This unit is represented by its thoughtful spatial organisation as seen in the extensive incorporation of tall shelves that provide ample storage units. These shelves parade across the unit, from the study room to noticeably, the living area. A designated built-in space for the television in the living area serves as a focal point within the living area, seamlessly integrating into a high built-in shelf that maximises vertical space utilisation, taking advantage of the high walls and ceilings. This vertical display not only adds a sculptural element to the space but also serves as a platform for showcasing personal style and interests, serving as a functional aesthetic.
