Faber House

Exuding an aura of exclusivity, a massive block, adorned with dramatically patterned screens that shield the building, boldly stands out from its surrounding neighbourhood. Concurrently, a subtle roof ejects from above, eliciting a collective release of held breaths amidst the mass of enigma below.

Between the brown shields and the actual structure of the building, a huge hollow gap that is difficult to be discerned by the mere eye sits in silence, leaving one to wonder what lies beyond those intricate, repetitive lines. The screen enhances a sense of security and sanctuary, allowing inhabitants to retreat from the outside world and immerse themselves in a serene and sheltered environment.

Despite its exterior exuding a sense of refined luxury, the wooden planks that are exposed on the underside of the roof brings out a sense of hospitality and inviting comfort to the building. The continuous use of warm tones throughout the exterior evoke a timeless allure, as if the structure is poised to remain undisturbed in the years to come.

From the living room to the bathroom, a wide amount of space is bestowed. A mixture of marble and wooden tiles across various rooms give its owners much flexibility and free reign to customise each space individually to suit their creative palettes. A generously sized swimming pool with hexagon shaped tiles also blends effortlessly with the flora that surrounds the ground floor, creating a personal garden for one to thrive in.
