KIM CHUAN INDUSTRIAL
Located in the industrial area of Tai Seng, Kim Chuan Road sits between a rail depot and a row of commercial buildings. One of those commercial buildings is a representation of 21st century mosaic that manages to be edgy, modern and perennial.
Using just black and orange, the building looks like a two-colored tetris game that is simultaneously inviting and hypnotizing. The entire complex speaks of idiosyncrasies and juxtapositions with the smooth overlay at the front of the building and the choreographed grids at the back.
